Impact of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion on Society

At KnackForge, we believe that every person has the power to make a profound impact on another individual, community, or society. Hence, we strive to foster a culture of societal harmony by providing funding and support from our most valuable assets: our people. 

Our approach to social responsibility includes empowering our people to volunteer and give back to their communities, strategic non-profit partnerships, and operating our firm in ways that are socially responsible.  

Every year, we work with non-profits and care centers that are addressing some of the world’s most pressing societal challenges. In a developing country, the opportunities to contribute via pro bono service, volunteering, and financial assistance are many, and at KnackForge, we take up every chance we get; working to strengthen the impact of our aid and help India grow. 

We commit to the involvement of resources, time, and effort in gathering any aid that care centers and non-profits seek.  

Our CSR initiatives are designed in a way that enables active participation from every KnackForgian; encouraging their passion for contributing to the betterment of society. From donation drives for food, pre-loved clothing, and material needs, to healthcare camps and educational assistance – our colleagues at KnackForge have come together for the cause of the community.   

We also hold dear our initiatives toward youth literacy, partnering with various vocational-skills organizations to help build a brighter future for children across the country. 
 
Cross-sector partnerships between KnackForge, other businesses, and nonprofit organizations that address social issues are an increasingly prominent element of our CSR efforts. We believe that these engagements help build strong relationships that benefit our communities.  

We believe we can make this world a better place with simple acts of kindness. By harnessing the power of our people, collective passions and expertise, and technology, we stay true to our aim of inspiring and empowering a better world. Our efforts to reach our goals are chronicled in these CSR Annual Reports that also throw light on what we plan to pursue in the future.
