Drupal Developer

Expectations
 
  1. Proficient knowledge in Drupal module development using APIs.
  2. Eminence with Drupal content management system.
  3. Proficient in PHP programming.
  4. Ability to work with XHTML, jQuery and CSS.
  5. Good at UNIX commands.
  6. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
 
  1. To design and develop Drupal based sites.
  2. To create custom modules where ever required.
  3. Create and maintain custom CSS templates.
  4. Test and refine the developed sites.

Web Designer/ Frontend Developer

Expectations
  1. Highly creative
  2. Basic knowledge in HTML and CSS.
  3. Proficiency in GIMP Toolkit.
  4. Knowledge in Flash could be an added advantage.
  5. Ability to design highly constructive banners, layouts, etc.
  6. Tendency to design with less guidance.
Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop Front banners.
  2. Create Web layouts using GIMP Toolkit.
  3. Develop custom illustrations based on requirements.

Web Application Architect

Expectation
  1. Well versed in PHP and Drupal
  2. Ability to adopt with any PHP framework
  3. Obsession with quality and customer experience - Attention to detail coupled with ability to think abstractly
  4. Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment
  5. Proficient in LAMP (Linux Apache MySQL PHP) based architecture
  6. Good communication and analytical skills
Responsibilities
  1. To Develop complex architectural sites using PHP framework.
  2. Building Web applications and Websites with an emphasis on performance and user experience.
  3. Author technical documentation to provide Governance over development processes.
  4. To ensure and supervise quality of the application.

PHP Developer

Expectation
  1. Strong foundation in PHP 5 or higher.
  2. Certification in PHP would be an added advantage.
  3. Firm knowledge in  MySQL/ PqSQL Database.
  4. Ability to troubleshoot  Apache server.
  5. Good interpersonal skills.
  6. Basic knowledge in jQuery is a added plus.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop PHP based web sites.
  2. Plan and design PHP based web applications.
  3. Integrate the site with jQuery/JavaScript whenever in need.
  4. Prepare and maintain the site's functionality.
